Leadership on the Fly

Join us this spring for a week of business education while chasing wild steelhead in the Alaska wilderness. Uncommonventures has teamed with one of the country’s leading educators Eric Balinski. Eric has put together a Leadership on the Fly™ week for a one of a kind corporate training- bringing cutting edge team building for your business associates right in the wilds of Alaska. We are offering a one-week workshop the week of April 22- 28th 2006 with some of the leading educators in the field aboard our mothership.

Leadership on the Fly™ brings  adult learning a more effective approach to business education.  We utilize nature as a role model for the improving business performance, by translating results focused business practices and expertise into interactive outdoor lessons.
